AGNI INSTRUMENTS can boast of its world-class automated Camelback Epoxy powder coating plant spread over 4,000 sq feet with nine spray tanks for pre-treatment of steel. Pre-treatment is done through Hot Phosphate Process with Online Temperature Monitoring of Degreasing, Phosphating, and Passivation tanks. The fully conveyorized Camelback plant with the best in the world GEMA Electrostatic Guns for Powder Coating from Switzerland ensure perfection through out the process. Separate Paint Booth and heavy duty drying and painting ovens are used to bake the powder at a consistent 200 degree Celsius for more than 30 minutes. Oven Calibration at regular intervals ensures consistency.
